Annual General Meeting

Online 14th July 7:15pm

Dear Residents, Businesses and Councillors.

The Meanwood Valley Partnership committee are looking at how we can maintain our presence and activity in the community during these challenging times, particularly while social gatherings are restricted.

We are holding an online Annual General Meeting (AGM) in July – everyone in Meanwood is welcome to join in.  At this meeting we will report on our activity over the past year and also look forward to the next year.  There will also be the opportunity to contribute ideas and ask questions.

Please email meanwoodvp@hotmail.com to tell us you would like to join this meeting.

Also, if you are interested in joining us on the Meanwood Valley Partnership committee, please email meanwoodvp@hotmail.com telling us your connections with Meanwood and why you would like to join us.  Please put ‘Committee’ in the subject line so we can quickly identify your email.

The deadline for responses is 30th June.

After this we will arrange the online meeting and let you have log in details so you can join.

We look forward to meeting you at our AGM.
